Across forty Sticks, you’ve learned to look at a building as a connected system — from the land and water to the enclosure, equipment, people, costs, and records. The goal was never to turn you into every professional involved in a building project. It was to help you sit at the same table with them, understand how their work connects, and ask better questions. Now the responsibility moves forward. Protect the occupant, document what was done, make the building affordable to own, and leave something worth inheriting. The Carbonless Living Plan and the records behind it should continue beyond the people who originally created them.
